Work in close collaboration with the HQ and onsite property teams to produce and manage marketing materials, maintain vendor relationships, and monitor performance.
Summary
Waypoint Residential develops and operates multi-family communities from the mid-Atlantic region of the US and through the sunbelt. Seasons was brought in to manage the Marketing function, where members of the Seasons team work upstream, alongside members of the client as a colleague/consultant, managing other partners and vendors (including other agencies).
Solutions
We met with people around the organization to learn about their challenges and observations, documented points of failure and improvement, prioritizing and sequencing changes to processes and tools. We renegotiated vendor contracts, sunset several programs, and produced templates and ways of reporting to provide clear lines of sight into what is working and work isn't.
Challenge
Seasons was tasked with taking the reins of the Marketing efforts to delivery on the day-to-day needs of the various properties around the country, while evaluating processes and spend with a focus on generating higher-quality outcomes with greater efficiency.
